During the month, contributed backend features to HKUDS/CLI-Anything and facebook/pyrefly, focusing on workflow simplification and developer productivity. Developed a direct download flow for Zoom recordings in HKUDS/CLI-Anything, enabling users to retrieve recordings from a URL without extra API steps, and ensured reliability through targeted unit tests. In facebook/pyrefly, improved interpreter discovery by correctly handling symlinked virtual environments, allowing the tool to locate Python interpreters via symlinked .venv directories when pyvenv.cfg is present. Leveraged Python and Rust for robust API integration, backend logic, and scenario-driven CI validation, with expanded test coverage to prevent regressions and enhance reliability.
