Worked on the nasa/opera-sds repository to address a data integrity issue affecting product monitoring dashboards. Using Python and backend development skills, refined a monitoring script to prevent product duplication in dashboard graphs by adjusting the date range used for product queries. This fix ensured that product counts reflected accurate, non-duplicated data, reducing noise and false alerts in business reporting. The solution included thorough validation of dashboard outputs and provided full traceability through a documented commit, supporting future audits. Focused on data analysis and reliability, the work strengthened the foundation for accurate product health monitoring and informed business decision-making.
