Developed an automated environment file copy feature for the EveryInc/compound-engineering-plugin repository, streamlining the process of setting up Git worktrees. This solution used bash scripting and git management to ensure that essential configuration files are automatically propagated whenever a new worktree is created, reducing manual setup and minimizing configuration drift. By focusing on automation and environment management, the work improved the reliability of local and development environments and accelerated onboarding for developers adopting worktree-based workflows. The implementation demonstrated practical application of devops principles, clear commit practices, and a targeted approach to solving workflow inefficiencies without introducing new bugs during the period.
