During January 2026, Slowbeardigger focused on backend development and security best practices within the UnstoppableSwap/core repository. They addressed a critical security concern by removing the logging of sensitive xprv data from the Bitcoin wallet export function, thereby mitigating the risk of private key exposure and potential data leakage. This work, implemented in Rust and co-authored with Antonio, targeted issues #866 and #868 and was delivered as a dedicated bug fix.
