Worked on stabilizing the BFDR test suite within the nightingaleproject/vital-records-dotnet repository, focusing on backend reliability and continuous integration improvements. Addressed a critical bug by ensuring required fields such as birthsex and birthplace were consistently present in test cases, which reduced false negatives during deployment checks. Enhanced the canary validation process to include birthplace jurisdiction, improving the accuracy of automated testing. Refined shell scripting for the run_tests.sh utility to correct argument handling and streamline end-to-end test execution. Leveraged C#, shell scripting, and unit testing to improve data processing reliability for fetal death records, accelerating CI feedback and validation cycles.
