Worked on the SEMOSS/Semoss repository to implement thinking feature support in the Google GenAI Python Client, introducing a new thinking attribute and configurable thinking_budget across message builders. Leveraged Python and API development skills to enable more flexible, context-aware text generation, including support for streaming scenarios where real-time reasoning is required. Standardized configuration handling to ensure consistent behavior and simplify future extensions, while also performing code cleanup and refactoring for improved maintainability. This work enhanced response quality and operational flexibility, and established a foundation for supporting similar thinking capabilities with additional providers in future iterations of the client.
