Developed privacy-focused tooling for the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository, delivering two features centered on the Ulaa Browser Cask. Built and contributed a new cask for the Ulaa Browser, incorporating versioning, download URL management, and cleanup instructions to streamline installation and maintenance. Enhanced the livecheck mechanism by leveraging the content-disposition header for more reliable version detection, then updated the cask to version 2.41.0 and adapted livecheck to handle URL redirection, reducing manual intervention and maintenance risk. All work was implemented in Ruby, demonstrating skills in Cask Management, Homebrew workflows, and Ruby development practices within an open-source environment.
