Focused on refining the color metrics reset logic, the developer ensured that default map colors are consistently applied when no specific colors are defined, reducing visual jitter and improving clarity for users. The solution involved refactoring state management and color range logic using TypeScript, JavaScript, and RxJS, which prevented unnecessary resets during color metric changes.
