Worked on enhancing documentation quality and reproducibility for the pharmaverse/admiral repository by developing a dedicated vignette for the derive_var_shift function. This feature introduced an illustrative output dataframe, SHIFT1, which demonstrates DIABP parameter results at WEEK 2 and WEEK 8 visits, providing clear guidance for analysts and supporting onboarding processes. The work focused on R documentation and vignette development, ensuring that the example output aligns with reproducibility standards and clarifies the function’s results. By linking these changes to ongoing support issues, the contribution improved the clarity and usability of the package’s documentation for R users in clinical data analysis.
