Developed the Defender Scout KQL agent for the github/awesome-copilot repository, focusing on enhancing Microsoft Defender Advanced Hunting workflows. The agent automatically generates, validates, and optimizes Kusto Query Language (KQL) queries, streamlining security analysis and accelerating investigation processes. The technical approach centered on agent-based design, leveraging KQL for query logic and Markdown for comprehensive documentation updates. This work established a foundation for automated query optimization, improving both speed and accuracy in security analytics. Collaboration was demonstrated through co-authored contributions, and the project emphasized maintainable documentation practices. No major bugs were addressed during this period, reflecting a focus on new feature delivery.
