Contributed to the alphagov/govuk-design-system repository by developing a dedicated W3C Design Tokens documentation section within the resources and tools area. This work focused on improving the discoverability of design token resources, streamlining contributor onboarding, and supporting adherence to web standards. Leveraging skills in design systems, documentation, and front end development, the developer used Markdown to structure clear, accessible guidance for standardized token usage across components. The changes established a foundation for consistent and accessible design practices throughout the system. All updates were managed through a focused, descriptive git workflow, emphasizing clarity and maintainability in the documentation process.
