Worked on refining the Button component documentation within the Shopify/ui-extensions repository, focusing on improving accuracy and clarity for developers. Utilized TypeScript and frontend development skills to explicitly constrain the ButtonElementProps options, thereby excluding the tertiary variant from the generated documentation. This approach reduced potential confusion and ensured the documentation accurately reflected the actual API surface. Added a dedicated JSDoc entry for the narrowed Button variant without altering the underlying Extract type or shared ButtonProps union. Introduced a changeset file to enable traceable release notes, emphasizing a documentation-first workflow and careful version tracking throughout the month’s feature development.
