Worked on the eclipse-sumo/sumo repository to deliver a comprehensive Chinese Simplified localization update spanning the Python tools, main application, GUI, and Netedit components. Leveraged PO files and the Weblate platform to complete and refine translations, ensuring consistency and clarity across all user-facing strings for Chinese-speaking users. The approach focused on updating and harmonizing interface text, improving accessibility and usability for a broader audience. No bug fixes were included in this period, with efforts concentrated on translation quality and workflow integration. This work established a foundation for ongoing localization maintenance and future updates within the SUMO project’s development process.
