Worked on the hapifhir/hapi-fhir repository to enhance CI/CD reliability in development environments by introducing a new proxy-url setting within the spotless.yml configuration. This update routed the mshick/add-pr-comment@v2 GitHub Action through a development proxy, addressing issues with flaky test runs and enabling safer, more stable development testing. The work focused on YAML-based configuration management and leveraged GitHub Actions to streamline continuous integration workflows. By aligning the CI setup with the needs of development environments, the changes improved the consistency of test results and demonstrated practical DevOps skills in CI/CD configuration and proxy routing without introducing new bugs.
