Over a two-month period, contributed to the OpenCTI-Platform/connectors repository by developing and enhancing the Doppel Threat Intelligence Platform Connector. This work involved building an end-to-end ingestion workflow that fetches Doppel alerts, converts them into STIX 2.1 Indicators, and integrates them into OpenCTI, leveraging Python and Docker for deployment flexibility. Subsequently, implemented optional User API Key authentication, updating the connector’s configuration and client API to support granular, per-user access control. The technical approach emphasized API integration, configuration management, and clear documentation, enabling scalable, automated threat intelligence ingestion while supporting enterprise requirements for secure and flexible deployment and access management.
