During October 2025, Taoistwar enhanced the slint-ui/slint repository by implementing support for multiple input types in the TextField component. This feature introduced password, number, and decimal input handling, allowing for more versatile and robust user input within forms. Using Slint and applying skills in component design and frontend UI development, Taoistwar streamlined data validation by reducing the need for custom validators. The work addressed issue #9903 and was delivered as a single, focused feature, demonstrating a clear understanding of UI requirements and data integrity.
