In projectdiscovery/utils, modernized error handling APIs by refactoring error management and simplifying stack traces, while also improving URL path encoding and decoding for better reliability and code cleanliness. Enhanced network programming test robustness by refining read timeout handling. The work emphasized maintainability, consistency, and reliability across codebases, with a focus on automation, error handling, and secure release workflows.
