
Over a two-month period, contributed to bioconda/bioconda-recipes and nf-core/modules by developing and enhancing image processing workflows for tissue imaging. Delivered the Stainwarpy 0.1.7 release, improving image registration between multiplexed and H&E stained tissue images, and addressed packaging reliability through dependency and metadata updates using Python and YAML. In nf-core/modules, implemented new Nextflow modules for extracting single-channel images, registering tissue images, and transforming segmentation masks, with a focus on reproducibility and compatibility. Integrated containerization and updated testing to ensure stable downstream workflows, demonstrating depth in bioinformatics, data processing, and software development within collaborative open-source environments.
