Standardized terminology for data import and export processes, clarified date formats, and refined channel configuration guidance to reduce user confusion and support requests. All updates were implemented using Markdown, leveraging strong documentation skills to deliver precise and accessible content. The work emphasized quality improvements such as clearer headings and corrected spelling, resulting in more maintainable and user-friendly documentation without introducing new features during the period.
