Worked on maintaining artifact reliability for the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository, focusing on resolving a critical issue affecting artifact delivery. Addressed persistent 404 errors encountered by users and automation when accessing the latest Claude-Code artifacts by reverting the claude-code version from 2.1.88 to 2.1.87, restoring expected access and preventing downstream installation failures. Utilized Ruby for scripting and package management, applying Git-based version pinning and artifact version management to ensure stable software distribution. This targeted bug fix improved the stability of the repository, reduced support requests related to missing artifacts, and reinforced user trust in the artifact delivery process.
