Theo overhauled CI/CD pipelines using Gradle and GitHub Actions, enabling multi-project builds, matrix execution, and improved status reporting. He also created a sample project with automated CI to validate contributions early and set clear guidelines for external collaborators. His work, primarily in Java, Kotlin, and Bash, addressed repository hygiene and automation, laying a robust foundation for consistent onboarding and DevOps practices.
