Applied code refactoring and type hinting skills to clarify function argument expectations, which supports easier onboarding and maintenance for future development. These targeted improvements did not introduce new features or bug fixes but contributed to the maintainability and future-proofing of the project, reducing the likelihood of type-related issues during subsequent refactors and supporting better developer tooling integration.
