Worked on the jellyfin-web repository to deliver Danish localization and enhance UI labeling for improved accessibility and clarity. Implemented translations using JSON and managed the internationalization workflow through Weblate, ensuring accurate and context-aware Danish language support. Added legacy Desktop and Mobile tags to the user interface to maintain consistent localization context, and introduced a new slideshow-interval label to aid users in understanding slideshow controls. Focused on front end development and localization, the work addressed user experience for Danish speakers and reduced friction in the localization process, while also strengthening the web client’s accessibility and internationalization capabilities for future updates.
