During April 2026, contributed to the n8n-io/n8n repository by delivering a targeted feature enhancement for the Facebook Lead Ads Node. The work focused on integrating the missing pages_read_engagement scope, which enabled access to engagement metrics and improved analytics and reporting for Facebook Lead Ad leads. Using TypeScript and Node.js, applied API integration and OAuth expertise to ensure seamless connectivity with the Facebook Graph API. This enhancement reduced the need for manual data reconciliation and provided users with more accurate reporting, while collaboration through Git and code reviews ensured the feature maintained compatibility and met the evolving needs of the platform.
