The primary task involved adding a CNAME record for the 'clubsite' subdomain, pointing it to Vercel’s DNS service to streamline hosting and automate deployment processes. This change was tracked for traceability and completed with validated configuration, minimizing risk and ensuring reliability. Leveraged DNS management and web development skills, utilizing YAML for configuration updates. The work focused on applying DNS best practices and effective change management, resulting in improved deployment speed and reliability for the club’s website without introducing new bugs during the period.
