Worked on enhancing the reliability of the supabase/pg_graphql repository by focusing on GraphQL API schema improvements. Addressed type safety by enforcing non-null collection fields within the schema, which strengthened API contract adherence and improved predictability for client applications. This technical approach reduced the likelihood of null-related runtime errors in API responses, directly benefiting downstream consumers. The work was implemented in Rust, leveraging skills in API development and GraphQL to ensure robust schema validation. All changes were thoroughly documented and linked to a specific commit for traceability, reflecting a methodical and detail-oriented approach to open source API engineering.
