Tomer Lavi focused on upgrading protobuf tooling within the coralogix-management-sdk repository to ensure compatibility with the latest protoc-gen-go and to standardize protobuf revisions across related services. Working primarily in Go and leveraging skills in API development, gRPC, and protobuf, Tomer centralized proto code generation expectations to reduce drift and prevent build failures. This work improved build stability and prepared the codebase for future proto-driven features, enabling faster release cycles. The changes also enhanced traceability and collaboration by including co-authored contributions and linking to relevant issues, reflecting a methodical approach to maintaining cross-service consistency and long-term maintainability.
