During June 2025, Hai Tran integrated the Bluefin7K adapter into the DefiLlama/dimension-adapters repository, focusing on enhancing data ingestion workflows. Leveraging TypeScript and full stack development skills, Hai designed a migration path from the legacy 7K aggregator by introducing the new adapter while temporarily reusing the existing 7k.ag API to ensure uninterrupted volume data. The approach included defining a clear deprecation timeline for the old aggregator, signaling readiness for transition and reducing future maintenance overhead. This work established a scalable architecture for future adapters, improved data coverage, and was documented in a dedicated commit, reflecting thoughtful planning and technical execution.
