Worked on the tuist/tuist repository to enhance deployment reliability by introducing a dedicated readiness ping endpoint for external ClickHouse instances. This feature enabled explicit health checks, allowing migration workflows to wait for external ClickHouse readiness and reducing failures during deployment. The solution involved updating Helm deployment configurations to utilize a specific ping URL, ensuring consistent readiness checks across environments. Leveraging skills in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Helm, the work focused on improving the robustness of deployment health checks. Go and YAML were used to implement the endpoint and configuration changes, resulting in smoother migrations and more reliable integration with external resources.
