September 2025: Key security and documentation fixes in statsig-io/docs. Implemented workgroup-specific AWS Athena permissions to replace a wildcard approach, ensuring permissions apply to the correct workgroup and tightening access controls. Fixed a broken GitHub link in the .NET Core SDK docs by switching to the public server core repository, improving documentation reliability and user access. These changes bolster security, reduce support overhead, and improve the developer onboarding experience. All changes are tracked with explicit commits for auditability.

February 2025: Delivered Abandoned Browse Tracking & Re-engagement system setup for the snowplow/documentation repo, with an end-to-end data pipeline and implementation guide. Implemented Snowplow tracking for product views and engagement, SQL data modeling, and Census integration to sync data to Braze for campaign creation. This work enables re-engagement campaigns and reduces lost sales for e-commerce deployments.

January 2025 – The focus was on documenting and enabling reproducible deployment for real-time analytics workflows in the Snowplow Documentation repository. Delivered a comprehensive Kafka Live View Profiles Tutorial and Deployment Quickstart, pairing architecture guidance with hands-on deployment instructions to empower users to stand up a real-time event-driven video streaming analytics pipeline using AWS Terraform and LocalStack. This work improves onboarding, accelerates time-to-value, and enhances the ability to reproduce production-like environments for testing and demonstrations.
