Worked on the ROCm/TheRock repository with a focus on maintaining stability and improving process governance. Addressed repository debt by rolling back the hipTensor integration, which involved removing all related build configurations, documentation, and test infrastructure. This approach restored the codebase to a known-good state, reducing the risk of unstable CI results and enabling safer planning for future integrations. Utilized skills in CMake, Python, and infrastructure management to ensure a clean and traceable revert process. The work emphasized explicit change tracking and improved governance, resulting in a more maintainable repository without introducing new features during the period.
