Developed automated T2 report profile downloads for the rdkcentral/telemetry repository, enabling seamless delivery of telemetry configuration from the Xconf server. The work involved implementing new C functions to fetch configuration URLs, perform HTTP GET requests, and process received data, with robust retry logic and error handling for scenarios such as unset profiles. By integrating these features, the developer reduced manual intervention and improved the reliability and completeness of telemetry provisioning. Leveraging skills in embedded systems, network programming, and system programming, this contribution established a foundation for automated T2 profile provisioning and enhanced downstream analytics through more consistent data delivery.
