During August 2025, contributed to the influxdata/homebrew-core repository by implementing MCP protocol support for the awsdac-mcp-server binary. This work involved designing a dedicated build process in Go, focusing on build systems and command-line tool development. A new test case was introduced to automatically validate MCP-based server functionality, ensuring reliability and correctness of the protocol integration. Additionally, the awsdac tool was enhanced to support MCP-based interactions, laying the groundwork for future MCP-enabled deployments. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and automated validation to support robust, protocol-driven server deployments within the repository.
