Worked on the GDATASoftwareAG/vaas repository to automate security scanning and improve CI/CD reliability by integrating git-scan directly into the main pipeline. Used YAML to modify GitHub Actions workflows, ensuring that git-scan runs automatically with every SDK update, which eliminated the need for a separate workflow and reduced manual intervention. Leveraged Docker to streamline the build process and maintain consistency across environments. This approach enhanced security coverage for SDK releases, shortened feedback loops, and simplified maintenance. The work focused on consolidating CI/CD processes, improving risk management, and enabling faster, more reliable validation of SDK updates within the development lifecycle.
