Worked on enhancing fee data retrieval in the DefiLlama/dimension-adapters repository by migrating the existing system from GraphQL to Dune queries. This transition improved the efficiency and accuracy of fee calculations, specifically for position and liquidity fees, and strengthened the underlying data-fetching mechanism. Leveraging TypeScript for backend development and API integration, the work focused on reducing latency and delivering more reliable metrics for dashboards and downstream analytics. The update addressed the need for robust and precise fee data, ensuring that analytics consumers receive timely and accurate information. No bugs were reported or fixed during this period, reflecting focused feature delivery.
