During August 2025, Bao Su worked on the MicrosoftDocs/learn repository, focusing on content management and documentation quality. Bao Su updated the ms.author attribution across multiple documentation files, reflecting a personnel change and ensuring accurate contributor recognition. This work was implemented in a single, traceable commit, supporting governance compliance and downstream build consistency. Using YAML for metadata management, Bao Su demonstrated careful change control and clear commit messaging. While the scope was limited to one feature and did not involve bug fixes, the update improved the maintainability and accuracy of documentation by standardizing author metadata across the repository’s content base.
