May 2025 — azure-sdk-for-net: Delivered a new feature to enhance Teams call details in the Call Automation SDK, expanding the contextual data used during call operations and improving data fidelity for automation and telemetry. Implemented richer CustomCallingContext with fields such as caller and source details, session ID, intent, topic, context, transcript URL, sentiment, and suggested actions to pass richer contextual information during call operations. The change is implemented via commit 5b74ccd205223765f599581aa753303d07546fe8 (Add Teams CallDetails custom context support (#49784)). No major bugs fixed this month in this repository. Overall, the update improves business value by enabling smarter routing, better auditing, and more actionable insights for Teams call automation.
