Used Markdown for technical writing and documentation asset management, implementing new provisioning configuration guidance such as Default Group and Auto-create User steps. Refreshed tutorial imagery and improved asset hygiene by renaming, removing, and updating images and links to align with current tooling. These updates streamlined onboarding and reduced support friction by providing clear, actionable guidance for customers deploying JIT provisioning across Confluence and Jira, ensuring documentation remained accurate and aligned with product changes.
