
Worked on the samply/lens repository to enhance user experience and data visibility in a Svelte-based frontend. Addressed search usability by implementing event-driven communication between web components, ensuring the search input and related state reset reliably when cleared. Introduced a feature in the ChartComponent to display a clear “No Data Available” message when chart data is absent, reducing confusion during data gaps. Leveraged JavaScript, TypeScript, and Svelte for component development and event handling, focusing on maintainability and clarity. These improvements laid the foundation for more robust data state workflows and improved both user and developer interactions with the application.
