Worked on enhancing student profile personalization for the cepdnaclk/people.ce.pdn.ac.lk repository by updating the preferred short name and adding targeted interests to the profile display. Focused on front-end development using HTML, the changes streamlined how personal information is rendered, making profiles more relevant and engaging for users. The implementation involved direct updates to the HTML structure, ensuring that new fields such as interests in software development, AI and machine learning, and cyber security were clearly presented. This work demonstrated attention to user experience and data presentation, though the scope was limited to a single feature without bug fixes or broader refactoring.
