Developed the Brag-sheet Skill: Evidence-backed Performance Statements for the github/awesome-copilot repository, focusing on automating the conversion of vague work descriptions into structured, evidence-backed impact statements for performance reviews and self-assessments. Leveraged Git, GitHub Copilot, and Markdown to integrate data from Copilot CLI session logs, git commits, and pull requests, enabling reconstruction of forgotten work and enforcing a consistent documentation format. Enhanced documentation reliability by introducing frontmatter, fallbacks, routing tables, and evidence ladders, while automating documentation refresh workflows through npm scripts. This work improved traceability across data sources and laid the foundation for broader performance-focused tooling and review processes.
