Serafina contributed to the Card-Forge/forge repository by delivering a major expansion to the Realm of Legends, adding new dungeons, quest-driven NPCs, and post-game content to enhance gameplay depth and replayability. She implemented balance adjustments across decks and items, standardized enemy deck file naming to resolve cross-platform loading issues, and established automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Maven for safer, faster releases. Her work involved extensive Java and JSON manipulation, as well as XML editing for configuration management. Through comprehensive bug fixes and map updates, Serafina improved game stability, streamlined deployment, and broadened player progression within the project.
March 2026: Delivered a major Realm of Legends expansion for Card-Forge/forge, introducing multiple new dungeons (including Kenrith's Court, Lorehold Classroom, Lair of Behemoths, Shard Convergence Halls, Tarnation, and more), added new overworld enemies, and enabled the Mirror Gallery post-game zone. Implemented extensive balance work across decks, items, and starting area/dungeon starters, and performed comprehensive map updates to support the new content. Executed a broad bug-fix cycle across maps, items, card effects, enemy configurations, boss encounters, and loading/AI to improve stability and player experience. Reduced banlist size and aligned decks with new content. The combined feature and bug-work deliverables significantly expand replayability, enhance strategic depth, and improve overall game stability.
