Worked on the FuelLabs/data-systems repository to enhance the reliability and maintainability of core data pipelines, focusing on the Fuel-Streams cronjob deployment. Addressed deployment stability by correcting and relocating affinity configurations, fixing Helm chart indentation, and removing obsolete Kubernetes container configuration blocks. Utilized DevOps practices and expertise in Helm and Kubernetes, with all changes implemented in YAML to ensure clarity and consistency. Also resolved a misconfiguration by disabling the dune probe cronjob, which improved the reliability of scheduled tasks. The work reduced configuration drift, streamlined deployment manifests, and laid a foundation for safer, faster updates and improved CI/CD hygiene.
