Worked on enhancing telemetry within the microsoft/FluidFramework repository by delivering a feature that expands connection telemetry to provide deeper insights into document concurrency and user activity. The solution extended existing telemetry payloads to include audience size and per-session socket connection metrics, in addition to quorum size, enabling more granular tracking of user presence and connection patterns. This approach supports improved capacity planning, latency analysis, and troubleshooting for collaborative document scenarios. The work was implemented using TypeScript and leveraged skills in container management and telemetry, focusing on providing actionable data for understanding and optimizing real-time collaboration at scale. No bugs were reported.
