Improved configuration management, environment alignment, and dependency handling, including updates for xarray and matplotlib. Enhanced plotting tests for Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) files and clarified graph orientation documentation. Leveraged Python, Jupyter Notebook, and YAML to streamline CI reliability, increase test robustness, and ensure accurate validation of coordinate reference systems and data subsetting behaviors across cloud services.
