During May 2025, Xin Wang focused on upgrading the CI/CD infrastructure for the sonic-net/sonic-sairedis repository, addressing PR testing failures caused by the deprecation of Ubuntu 20.04. Xin migrated the Azure Pipelines configuration to Ubuntu 22.04, updating YAML pipeline definitions and adjusting artifact naming and dependency installation steps to ensure compatibility with the new operating system. This work restored reliable pull request validation and reduced the risk of CI flakiness, directly supporting developer productivity. Xin’s efforts demonstrated practical DevOps skills and a strong understanding of CI/CD best practices, delivering a targeted solution to maintain project stability and future-proof testing workflows.
