Worked on stabilizing the Jellyfin integration within the MoviePilot repository, focusing on backend reliability and test infrastructure. Addressed a critical bug in URL string interpolation for the Jellyfin module and reinforced RBAC fallback behavior to improve system resilience. Refactored unit tests to ensure that loading Jellyfin modules during testing did not leave stub modules in the system, thereby enhancing test isolation and reducing the risk of flaky tests. Leveraged Python for backend development, API integration, and module management, with an emphasis on improving CI hygiene. These efforts collectively reduced production risk and accelerated development by ensuring more reliable test outcomes.
