Worked on localization quality improvements in the microsoft/git repository, focusing on refining the Italian user experience. Addressed a translation issue by correcting a misspelling in the Italian localization file, ensuring the term for "source" was accurately represented as "sorgente" rather than "sourgente." Utilized C and localization tooling to implement the fix, following best practices for commit traceability and quality assurance. This targeted update enhanced translation accuracy and improved UI clarity for Italian-speaking users. The work demonstrated attention to detail in localization processes and contributed to maintaining high standards for translation quality within the project’s codebase.
