Addressed dependency management by removing unnecessary packages and pinning test dependencies, which reduced maintenance overhead and minimized flaky tests. Upgraded test tooling and standardized artifact retention to ensure reproducible builds and clearer test health metrics. These efforts resulted in faster feedback cycles, safer releases, and more reliable workflow automation for data processing and quality assurance.
