During December 2025, Wrufesh enhanced the huggingface/xet-core repository by focusing on WebAssembly build improvements for client applications. He enabled shared memory and atomic features in the Rust Wasm build script, aligning with upstream changes and updating RUSTFLAGS to support Wasm atomics. This work required careful build automation and configuration management using Rust and Shell scripting, ensuring compatibility with evolving Rust standards.
